We will be talking to Scott Stowell, People Policy & Colleague Experience Manager and Sarah Trouse Colleague Experience Specialist from IVC Evidensia where they will share their top tips for implementing a wellbeing programme in veterinary practice.
The third part of this mini-series will explore top tips for implementing a wellbeing programme in veterinary practice. We are joined by Scott Stowell and Sarah Trouse from IVC Evidensia, a leading global veterinary care provider comprising an expansive network of around 2,600 clinics, hospitals and out-of-hour centres based across 20 countries, and an integral supporter of Vet Sustain.

Scott Stowell: Scott looks after People Policy and Colleague Experience at IVC Evidensia, he has been in the business for over 2 years now however has been in HR for over 12 years. Previously he worked for a retail business both in operations and in HR, and outside of work currently his life is taken over by renovating his house and looking after Tilly his beautiful pointer.
Sarah Trouse: Sarah has worked in HR for over 20 years, across charity, public and the private sectors. She moved to the veterinary profession 8 years ago and worked as a HR Manager for a practice, where she started a focus on wellbeing as part of her role. She then moved to work centrally for IVC 2 years ago and has seen the wellbeing focus develop over this time, really enjoy being part of the transformation. Outside of work she enjoys pilates and gardening to relax, and as an old art college student she has started drawing again recently too. Family life also keeps her busy with two teenagers.
